It has been a long time since I posted something here. It was a mix of lazyness, stress about other things and frustration that after well three years with SQIP and GreenWin! Network still nothing had worked out so far.

But THIS Newsletter, the FIRST one to come from GreenWin Corp., looks promising again, eventhough it announces things to happen still a long time down the road.

Dear Shareholders,
 
The aim of this newsletter is to inform you about our developments, progress, future plans and what will happen with the shares you have been awarded in GreenWin Corp AB (GWC).
 
Why do you have these shares?
 
When the GreenWin project started we asked one of our investors to set up an affiliate network in preparation for the deployment of the services GWC was developing.
 
GreenWin Network was created for that purpose. GWN went on to build a large membership base of affiliates / customers.  An impressive achievement in such a short time and we would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to Christian for his commitment and hard work in running the affiliate network.
 
Christian negotiated with GWC for active GWN members to be given shares in GWC as a reward.
A reward points system was created to facilitate this and members were awarded points for:

• Introducing new members
• Pre-paying for telecoms services
• Purchasing top up credits

Members could also convert their commissions into points and aquire additional points. This resulted in a small percentage of the GWN members accruing points that were converted into shares in GWC last summer.
Since then GWC, under consultation, has decided not to use the GWN affiliate network to promote the services developed by GWC
 
While we understood that this has created frustration within the affiliate network, GWC has to consider the best way forward for the company and its’ shareholders.
 
Christian has negotiated the shares allocation for you and we have agreed to allocate 10 shares in GWC for each point you had been awarded in GreenWin Network.
 
Christian has now negotiated an additional allocation of shares for you. You will now receive 15 shares for each point you had been awarded in GreenWin Network rather than 10 shares.
 
The shares will be allocated via our new electronic share registry. We will provide log in info when the system is ready.
 
The database from GWN can confirm that the  shares allocated to you are correct based on the number of points you were awarded in GWN.
 
We are in the process of transferring the shares from the depot account held with Handelsbanken in Stockholm to be held in an electronic share database, which will also be registered with the Swedish Bolagsverket authority.
 
We will inform you when the system is ready for you to log in
 
You will also be provided with the legal terms and conditions regarding share ownership in a Swedish PLC, as required by the regulators in Sweden.
We are creating a dedicated support desk for shareholders and communications regarding shares should be directed to the contact info below.
 
Any other questions regarding GWC should also be sent directly to us and not to Christian or GWN.
We expect the process of becoming a Public Limited Company to be completed before the end of 2012.
GWC experienced lengthy periods of frustrating challenges and delays. But we are convinced that our products & services combined with our new business model will produce success and a significant increase in share values.
 
We have formed a joint venture with another Swedish company that can produce a more profitable deployment of our jointly developed services.
Our focus is on the patent pending MobiSight service.
Other products and services will be introduced later in 2012 / 2013.
 
In our next newsletter, we will provide more detailed info about our new partnership and our joint long-term targets.
