Dear Blog Reader,

below please find a copy of an E-Mail that GreenWin! Network's founder and CEO, Christian Fortune, sent to one of the members replying to some questions he had.

Sorry for the delay in publishing it here, but I as it contains important and exciting, yet no time-critical news I guess it's better to read it late than never.

So here's the E-Mail clarifying certain doubts:

Yes I got back on Tuesday evening with just a couple of hours delay at Gatwick…had a good and productive time over there. I really do need the sun and warmth…function better with a few rays on me lol

Re the PEPs. I don’t think we will need to sell all the allocated PEPs…but they are there if needed.

Re the SIMs. The pricing is still to be fixed but the basic card including data will be around 40 euro for the year…then there will be upgrades for more data. We estimate feb for the cards to be deployed.

Re the portal and Mobi portal…The telecom team are trying to release the 1st beta mobi portal by tomorrow…so we will see if they manage it. The mega portal might be on time for end of year or it might roll over into Jan…again this depends on the portal team and how far they get.

Re the generators….When the mini generators are ready any one will be able to buy one.

We will be moving into the next phase of development in Jan. Now that we have a much clearer picture of the several fields of activity and development and Joint Ventures, we can implement the structures to manage those processes. This will include some restructuring and organization of the different core activities as we move more and more into joint ventures. GreenWin Group will become the new holding company that will own all the technology, patents and systems….GWG will license its subsidiaries and JV partners to operate in certain regions and fields of activity.

This will mean that GWN will be developed further and run by a JV partner company…GW Telecoms, Mobi Sight, GW Power, GW Energy will all come under the same structure.

GWG will sit in the back ground developing the systems and services then licensing these into multiple countries.

We have some truly amazing things happening now with Mobi Sight with mobile service providers and top name companies wanting to have it…but I will reveal more about that after the holidays.

With the restructuring we will transfer the stakeholder peps to GWN…This will mean that stakeholders have a cut of all the activities controlled by GWG…we are then in a position to move swiftly towards an IPO when we are ready to do so.

Power / GreenWin! Energy" for less than they pay now for atomic or coal power. PLUS: a certain percentage of the fees will be used to plant new trees throughout the world, but especially in "The World's Lung", the Amazon Rainforrest.

Vivir en positivo

Es interesante cómo la ciencia viene confirmando lo que sabemos intuitivamente: varios estudios publicados durante el Año en revistas como “Harvard Business Review” demuestran que la actitud con la que se aborda un projecto influye signifitavivamente en los resultados. En otra palabras, los que tienen una mejor actitud al comenzar una tarea obtienen resultados de mejor calidad.

 Estos estudios confirman también que todos “leemos” correctamente el lenguaje corporal, los gestos y tonos de voz de los otros y confiamos más en quienes tienen una disposición positiva y una comunicación constructiva y expresiva de sus emociones. A ellos los percibimos más exitosos y seguros de sí mismos. O cuando menos, más transparentes, amables y cálidos. Quienes les brillan los ojos de entusiasmo frente a un nuevo proyecto y hablan sonriendo inspiran más confianza y comunican más capacidad y, ciertamente, más carisma. Y esa actitud, si es honesta, constituye su mejor ventaja competitiva y hace maravillas por su imagen profesional y su marca personal.

Todo esto puede sonar obvio y hasta ligero para algunos, sin embargo, los peruanos sonreímos poco comparativamente con otras culturas (los brasileños, por ejemplo) y rara vez mostramos nuestro entusiasmo o expresamos toda la pasión que podemos sentir. Yo lo veo cuando entrenamos personas para sus entrevsitas de trabajo: muchos creen que sonreír con frecuencia los hace ver menos serios o profesionales y no son plenamente conscientes del valor de la actitud positiva en el mundo del trabajo.

Sé muy bien lo difícil que es cambiar de actitud cuando las cosas no nos salen como esperamos o cuando sentimos indignación frente al abuso, la mentira o la corrupción. O cuando somos arrastrados a la negatividad por quienes son intrigantes, resentidos o tienen una agenda oculta. Esas actitudes negativas restan energía, afectan los resultados de todos y, peor aun, contaminan el alma.

¿Mis propósitos para este año que empieza? Emprender mis tareas con buen espíritu y resistir la tentación de caer en lo negativo, influenciada por el estrés o la presión. Trataré de vivir más días en positivo y con buen ánimo e inspirar buena energía a quienes lo nececitan, en beneficio de todos. ¡Y me propongo empezar el 2011 con una gran sonrisa que ojalá me dure todo el año!

Telecoms Registration: The new module will be activated on Monday 20th. There will be no more access fees or free trial. You will be able to register unlimited mobile numbers in the system for free.

MobiPortal: The telecoms team are aiming to release the newly updated module before the end of next week.

Mega Portal: If you have not already seen the video of the Mega Portal please go to the news update from last week.

Stakeholders: GWN is creating direct sales joint ventures. We have just agreed a JV that will advertise the mobile services and the G-Phone on cable TV. The pilot project will begin end of January in Italy. Should the sales expectactions be met the coverage will increase through affiliate channels in other countries which will see our products being boradcasted into millions of homes.
This should have a very positive impact on Stakeholder dividends.

GreenWin! Network's PEPs sale is open again!

It’s possible again, and for a limited time only!, to become a stakeholder in GreenWin! Being a stakeholder in GWN brings rewards.

Stakeholders receive a percentage of the profit share in GWN

Stakeholders will have their PEPs converted into shares in the company which can generate significant profits at the time of the conversion.

The conversion ratio can be up to 100 : 1

That means that 1 PEP can be converted into 100 shares.

The conversion ratio can only be determined at the time of the conversion.

The conversion ratio will be determined by the equity value of the company at the time of conversion.

Example: If the conversion ratio is 100 : 1 and you have 1000 PEPs then you would be allocated 100,000 shares.

These will be nonvoting, dividend yielding shares.

If the share price at the time of converting is 2 Euros, your share equity value would be 200,000 Euros based on the example above.

The conversion ratio is not guaranteed to be 100:1 it might be 10 or 20 or any number depending on the market value of the company at the time of the conversion.

The share price can also be higher at the time of the conversion.

But the probability is that stakeholders will be seeing a significant profit margin from the PEP to shares conversion.

Profit share is allocated monthly and will begin small but should increase each month as the company turnover increases.

After the conversion of PEPs to shares the profit sharing (dividends) will be allocated every 90 days.

You can sell your PEPs privately at any time.

The nominal value of 1 PEP is 1 Euro.

This value will remain fixed until the PEPs are converted into shares.

The value of shares can rise or fall depending on several factors including company sales turnover, new technology and expanding markets, projected and perceived equity value of the company.
