blog post... GREENWIN! - News Update 7th April
GWN: We have received a firm offer for the sale of GWN. The offer has been accepted in principal subject to a specific time frame and hand over process. We have a target of end of April to conclude the sale with handover during May.
The new owners will continiue the business model of GWN
Stakeholders will receive a dividned on the sale of GWN credited within 1 week of the sale being concluded. The dividend is expected to be up to 35 cents per PEP if 100% of GWN is sold.
The PEP to share conversion process will begin by the end of April.
The initial conversion ratio has to be 1;1 to meet the legal requirements. The leverage of shares can only happen when the second valuation is completed. The first valuation of GreenWin Corp will be based on projections. The second valuation will be based on actual figures plus projections. The leverage or buy back ratio will be determined by that valuation.
All intellectual property rights and technology rights are being transferred from GWN to GreenWin Corp.
GWN will continue as a partner company with GreenWin Corp.
Please do not contact GWN Support re any of the above. They cannot answer support requests re the transition or sale of GWN.
During this transition period please feel free to be entertained or entertain on various forums and message boards.
Please return here every so often to get a reality adjustment based on factual information.
