News Update 30th Sept

Hello again

Last weeks post generated a lot of good feedback and comments. Thank you everyone who took the time to engage with your ideas, suggestions and encouragement.

I have to say that I am very much enjoying being back in the driving seat.

So here's your update for the last weeks activities.

Synergy Equity Group Ltd is legally formed and we will be applying for the capital & asset management license very soon.

We will publish the Synergy site within 10 days. Then you will see how this works and the projects we have already taken on.

Synergy has taken 50% of the A shares and 125 million B shares in GreenWin Corp.

14 million B shares are allocated to stakeholders. You will see your equity held in GWC displayed in the new back office of Synergy when that back office is published in October. A further 5 million B shares were allocated as compensation to stakeholders for GWC not delivering the MobiPortal service on time. We will hold those shares and then sell them at some point...the cash profits will be allocated to the original stakeholders on a proportional basis....but that is a while away yet..so dont get all hot and excited about it. We will inform you when it happens and you will ge tthe cash credited to your synergy account which you can use for investment or withdrawal.

Just to be totally clear and candid here. Synergy does have confidence in GWC and the restructured model we have put in place in that company. They will focus on the MobiPortal technology and the green battery charger. Much progress has been made...as it should have after we invested several hundred thousand Euros in R&D...But the pay off will be huge further down the road.

MyCrowd is on the way. I have been able to pick up the threads of the portal concept and start to get this back on track. We will be launching nearer the end of October. As I mentioned before we will fold this network into MyCrowd.

If you are a stakeholder in GWN you will see your equity points in MyCrowd displayed in the new back office of Synergy.

You get the idea...Synergy is where you will be able to review the info on all the projects and then make your equity allocations if you intend to build your own portfolio within Synergy.

Basically we are matching up private equity investment opportunities with people interested in investing.

GreenWin Corp and MyCrowd are just 2 of many projects we will be presenting to micro investors.

Now I need to explain a little about micro investing.

When I first had the concept to experiment with micro investing I had no if it would actually work or not.

Lets face it...it could have turned into a huge task with no rewards.

But it turned out to very good which has inspired me to open this concept up further.

If we all managed to make it owrk for GreenWin then we can do it for lots of other projects.

I firmly believe that micro investing will become a massive trend in the not too distant future. Yes there will always be big fat cat investors driven by power and greed...these sorts have always been there and probably always will.

What I am talking about is small investors looking for a fair chance to make at least 10 times their equity investment back...even if they can only invst a small amount.

Having lots of small investors help fund a project just makes so much sense.

And having Synergy Equity Group as a licensed legal company doing the sourcing, due dilligence, compliance etc makes it even easier and more possible for micro investors to get their slice of the action.

Ok enough about that for now

Lets talk about MyCrowd and what is going on with that.

I am having the various sites set up and integrated into the portal platform. My goal is to have over 20 profit centres for affiliates to make money from via their referral network.

This also creates good profits for MyCrowd and good profit share for investors who have taken equity in that company via Synergy.

We expect to see at least 2 million members in MyCrowd by the end of 2012.

I will give you a list of the income streams / profit centres next week.

There was one suggestion and request that came from a lot of members after they read last weeks update. This was about automatically taking a percentage of the subscription fess and putting that money into Synergy. I have listened to and taken that advise from members not to do that. So we will not take any of the subscription payments...you will get all of the commission due paid to you from the subscription packages and you are left free to decide as and when you wan tto invest micro payments or more with Synergy. Simple and clear...I like that.

When I have MyCrowd in good shape it will be managed and run by the new team being put together in the Philippines

I mentioned that I had taken back control of getting the webinar and Messenger systems made available.

Well I have got that process underway. The main developer allocated to coordinating the webinar integration could not clear his schedule this week...but will be on it next week.

The Messenger needs some special configuration of XMPP servers...basically this enables the messenger to do its thing with text, voice, video and file transfer. I have that underway also now.

We will do a beta aunch that will allow 10,000 concurrent users....that basically means that up to 10,000 people can be uisng the messenger at any time. The XMPP tech guys will monitor the usage, load and traffic ...then we can scale it up and keep scaling to have the most robust platform for the messenger client to function with. So dont think we are limited to only 10,000 concurrent users...we will be scaling it up to allow millions of users should we get that sort of demand.

Yes..I know you all want it now...but the technical back end stuff has to be done right...and will be.

Right..that about wraps it up for this week.
