It has been a busy and productive couple of weeks since I last posted a news update for you.
We have resolved several issues that have caused delays and problems for the ongoing development of the telecoms services and products.
So we will now be folding the affiliate network into GreenWin Telecoms in preperation for finally launching the services.
GreenWin Network is no longer needed and will be closed down during November.
As an investor I have been pushing for this move for a while now. The 2 main adavantages are that the company will have zero tax liability as it is an offshore operation and the company can distribute profit share dividends monthly rather than yearly.
GreenWin Corp will still be there but dormant and ready to be used should the directors decide to go for an iPO listing.
There is no change to the stakeholder equity...it is still held for stakeholders by Synergy Equity group and you will see your equity points and be able to trade your equity points in GreenWin Telecoms as well as have your monthly profit share credited to your Synergy account.
We have also agreed that the webinar system will be promoted via GreenWin Telecoms as well as the messenger, VOIP system and all other telecom services.
GreenWin Telecoms will take over the GWC web site development and complete it.
The back office system will be integrated into that new site and the 200,000+ affiliates will be able to begin promoting the webinar system...folllowed by the other services.
This process has taken a long time...too long for me as an investor in the project...but we have things settled now. And with so much at stake...I do hope you will come to understand why there has been such a long battle to arrive at a win win settlement.
MyCrowd will launch soon and will be out there as a social buisness network for online affiliate marketers....and there are over 100 million people involved in affiliate marketing around the world...so we should attract more than a few to join.
The site will provide a full range of features, tools and resources as well as ways to make very fast cash within MyCrowd.

Stakeholders wiull find their equity points in MyCrowd via their Synergy Equity group back office.
Synergy Equity Group is on the way...we are adding content and good info from the companies we are working with...and there are many more in the pipeline.

Do keep in mind that it is a work in progress and will need another couple of weeks to get all the companies info and recorded webinars onto the site....but do read all the info and you will understand what Synergy is and what its' relationship to GreenWin, MyCrowd and several other companies is all about.
This next part of the update is for stakeholders.
Each PEP you have in GWN will be transferred to MyCrowd and GreenWin Telecoms.
This means you will have the same amount of equity in both of those companies as you have now in GWN.
GWN will close down. It is no longer required.
The affiliate program will be moved into GreenWin Telecoms and all telecoms services will be promoted and sold via GreenWin Telecoms.
Advantage; Zero tax liability as the company is offshore. Monthly profit share distribution and more of it because there is zero tax.
Disatvantage: None.
Your shares in GreenWin Corp are still there. GreenWin Corp will just be dormant for a while. If it is clearly more profitable to do an IPO later on...then we will re assign the telecoms services and all assets back to GWC to do the IPO.
If it is more profitable to keep using GreenWin Telecoms and to do a private exit strategy...then that is what we will do.
The main thing is we have created the legal structures and framework to have the options in place.
No one has lost any equity points or value. In fact you have gained more by being given equity in MyCrowd.
You will be able to manage all your equity in the different companies via Synergy Equity Group.
This means that you will be able to buy, sell and transfer equity to and from other investors all via your Synergy Equity Group account back office. You will also be able to buy and sell equity in other companies as well.
