Hello again. I hope you have had a good and productive week.

I have been going thru the mails forwarded or sent directly to me in the last 2 weeks.

The same questions are being asked by many members.

So I decided to post those questions here with my answers.

What is happening with GreenWin Corp and why have they not yet delivered the mobiportal services? 

The development of this technology has taken much longer and cost much more than was projected. Mistakes were made that needed to be corrected. Parts of the system could not be made to work with other parts. The road map had to be changed several times...and reworked.

Will MobiPortal ever be launched? 

Yes, we still believe it will be. We also believe it will return a huge profit for shareholders otherwise Synergy would not have taken it on board absorbing more than 50% of the company. We can see the equity value rising to over 8 Euros per share within 3 years...which may trigger an exit sale for Synergy.

Where are my shares that I was given in GreenWin Corp?

The shares are held for you by Synergy. The GWC share registry has been updated and the shares held in a depot account at the bank.

Will GWC do an IPO and be listed on a stock market?

At this point it is too soon to say. It really depends on how quickly the company grows and if doing an IPO is the best way to exit this holding. The initial idea was to prepare for an IPO...get the shares issued and put the required processes in place..then decide in 2012 if going the IPO route is best. That is still the plan.

Can I buy equity in GWC? 

Yes you will be able to do this when Synergy Equity Group Ltd makes some of its equity available as part of the micro investment program.

Who or what exactly is this Synergy Equity Group you keep talking about?

Synergy Equity Group Ltd is an asset management and equity investment company

Synergy will be taking on a lot of potentially very profitable companies to raise investment for. Investors will be able to select from a growing range of opportunities to take equity in companies they like the look of.

Synergy will select the companies, do the due diligence and prepare the business case. You wil also see a clear indication of the potential profit per equity point you own.

How do I invest into a company that Synergy has selected and presented?

You will be able to make your selections via the Synergy web site which is being prepared now.  When you have made your selection you can allocate the amount you want to invest via your Synergy back office account. Synergy will then transfer the accrued funds to the company.

How do I sell my equity or will I be locked into each investment until Synergy decides to sell?
We will be having a trading platform built that allows investors to sell equity they own or offer to buy equity they want to own.

This is good for everyone as it allows investors to take early profits while giving other investors the chance to get into a holding they previously missed out on that still has plenty of profit left to be made.

The trading platform will be integrated into the Synergy back office.

Can I get any equity in Synergy?

Synergy is setting aside 10% for investors to take as equity. Synergy will use the investment to build the trading platform and to cover other big capital costs.

The offer will be on the Synergy website.

Will Synergy help me to select the companies to invest into? 

We will be doing a webinar presentation with each of the companies we take on. This will include interviews with founders and key people as well as showing demos, sites, or whatever they think will help you to pick them as one of your investments. You will be able to download the recorded webinars for each company via your Synergy back office.

We will publish the webinar interview schedule and on a first come first serve basis you can get into the webinar to view it live...and even ask questions directly to the various company founders / key people.

What will happen to my equity points held in GreenWin Network? 

Your equity in GWN will be transferred over to your Synergy account and be placed into the MyCrowd.

If you had purchased equity in GWN up until the cut off point recently then you will see that equity displayed in your Synergy account but allocated to MyCrowd.

MyCrowd is acquiring and absorbing GWN; taking over the affiliate network and other assets. GWN will be folded and cease to exist.

You will also see your equity held in GreenWin Corp displayed in your Synergy account.

Any other equity you purchase via Synergy will also be displayed in your Synergy account.

How much will my equity in MyCrowd be worth within 3 years? 

The projections indicate a range of 160 to 400 Euros per equity point based on a membership of 5 to 8 million members. One equity point is equal to one Euro.

Will I get profit share from all of the companies I invest in? 

Some will pay fantastic cash profit share while others will have to keep reinvesting for a while but you will see your equity point values soar. This is the exciting bit about building your own portfolio.

Can I get more equity in MyCrowd? 

Yes, MyCrowd will be one of several companies that you can get equity in via micro or larger investment amounts.

Up to 30% will be set-aside for equity investors to take. 10% has already been allocated to 3000 investors.

You can already purchase equity points now in GWN. The equity will be transferred over and allocated to MyCrowd soon after MyCrowd launches and GWN closes.

Equity purchased now gets a 100% matching bonus and you can transfered via AlertPay to: support@greenwinnetwork.com

The minimum micro investment is 10 Euros.

Contact support if you need bank info to transfer amounts over 500 Euros.

If you have used the old GWN bank account before, please DO NOT use it again. That account is closed. Please ask support for the new bank account info.

Ok that's enough of those Q & A for now...I will post more next week.

In Brief..

Synergy site is on the way...content being added and should be published before end of next week.

Messenger xmpp servers are being set up and all being well you can download messenger before end of next week.

Webinar is taking longer to integrate than projected...but is also under way.

MyCrowd is in build phase...and looking rather good I might add.

To date about 34 projects have approached Synergy to be included...that does not mean we will say yes to all of them.

You will get the idea of how all of this is going to work when you see the Synergy web site...so don't panic !

GREENWIN! - News Update 23rd September - What "Synergy" and "MyCrowd" is all about

Hello again

Today I will recap on what I have been writing about in the previous updates.

Synergy Equity Group Ltd is formed and already taking on projects to invest into. Synergy is a private equity investment and asset management company.  I will give you an idea of some of these projects in a moment.

Synergy now owns MyCrowd.co This is just one of several projects that Synergy will be owning or partly owning. 

MyCrowd is a social / business network that will launch in October. The site is a bit like facebook or to be more specific...how facebook used to be. 

Within the social networking site there is a Portal. The Portal will have multiple sites integrated into it offering a range of services, features, tools, products, ways to make money and build a referral network. The portal will be there when MyCrowd launches in Octiober. 

When you log in to MyCrowd you will automatically be logged into all the sites in the portal. 

The portal also contains your back office whre you can track your referral network, view your commissions and a bunch of other cool features you will discover. 

GWN will be folded into and be absorbed by MyCrowd. This includes the referral networks. 

One of the features in the portal will be Synergy showcasing projects that it has taken on to work with. 

Synergy earmarks and sets aside some of the equity in these projects for members of MyCrowd to purchase via micro investments. 

This offers members the opportunity to build their own portfolio of equity investments from a growing range of projects that Synergy accept to take on.

There is no obligation to build your portfolio by making your own picks as you wil have the option to let Synergy manage everything on your behalf. 

There will be several ways to generate income within MyCrowd including equity investments. 

One of the ways you can build residual commission is by subscription packages. The higher the subscription you take, the more levels you will earn commisison from. 

This gives you the possibility to manage the growth of your referral network if you chosse to build one. 

Part of your subscription package is invested with Synergy to build a long term equity income for you. 

Only members who have taken a subscription package can build their own portfolio. 

There is no obligation to subscribe. You can stay as a free member for as long as you wish earning commisisons from your 1st level only. 

Every member, free and subscribed, can use their cash account to invest with Synergy at any time. Your cash account is where you will receive commissions, profit share and where any additional money you deposit is held. This investment goes into the pooled account with Synergy. 

You will see the options available to you clearly displayed and explained in your new MyCrowd back office. 

Over time, Synergy will have a large portfolio of companies that it ha sinvested into. We have had several comanies approach us or have been introduced to them. 

Here is a partial listing of the projects we are looking at taking on. 

1. A platform for the mass market that lets anyone create and publish their own app for a small fee.

2. A new encrypted email service...probalby the most secure in the world right now with technical patents and no competitors.

3. A viral promotion tool for ecommerce sites.

4. A music and sound production company for film, TV and radio... already well established.

5. A video creation and rendering platform for site publishers. 

6. An online payment system like paypal and AlertPay. 

7. A green / clean tech company who have developed an ingenious waste management system. 

8. A new mobile phone & telecoms service provider in South Africa.

and of course Synergy already has equity in GreenWin Corp who is developing the MobiSight range of services and the green battery charger. 

You will be able to view full profile info on all projects Synergy takes on via the MyCrowd portal or directly at the Synergy web site which will also be publsihed in October. The profile will include details on the services or products the company sells as well as profit projections and potential exit values.

This is just the begining...there will be many more projects being taken on. 

Some of these projects will grow very quickly and be sold out for massive profits...and MyCrowd members will have the opportunity to get a slice of those profits via the pooled fund with Synergy and by taking equity that Synergy sets aside for members to get evenm ore profits for themselves by making micro investments into the projects they like the look of. 

A micro investment is a small amount of money as low as 1 Euro. Members can of course invest many thousands into a project if they wish. We leave you free to make your own choices. 

To sum it up; MyCrowd offers you the opportunity to join for free and to start building a residual income from commisisons and to increase that income by taking subscriiption packages that also give you access to build your own equity portfolio by selecting to micro invest into projects presented by Synergy Equity Group. 

You can also opt to enter into the invstment pool at any time with any amount of money from your MyCrowd back office cash account. Your cash account is where your commissions and profit share are paid into to. It is also where any additional money you choose to deposit is held prior to you placing it with the pooled fund or into your own portfolio selections if you have one. You need to be a subscribed member befoe you can have your own portfolio and make you rown investment picks. 

Stakeholders from GWN already have equity being placed into the pooled account with Synergy which gives them a full 10% profit share from MyCrowd plus a percentage of profit share from every other project that Synergy invests into to as well as 20 million shares in GreenWin Corp managed for them by Synergy Equity Group. So you made a good choice if you decided to become a stakeholder in GWN...because you are getting so much more than you ever imagined you would. 

Phew.. that is a lot of info to take in...but please do read it all again so that you understand the amazing opportunity you are being presented with by being active in MyCrowd. 

Now back to the present. i got hold of the API docs for the webinar system and have arranged with a developer to do the integration work into the GWN back office. He will do it this week. Then, when MyCrowd portal is launched the webinar system will be there also....as will messenger..the telecoms voip back office and  a whole bunch of other tools and services.

GREENWIN! - News Update 17th September - BIG Changes coming up and ahead!

Hello again. Today I am going to give you a bit more info on what will be happening with the new site and portal.

The new site will be a socail / business networking site. When you log in you will then have the option to go to the new portal.

The portal will have multiple sites integrated into it that will give you multiple ways to generate income and have fun.

One section of the portal will run by Synergy Equity Group. In that section we will showcase projects that we have decided to invest into. The idea is to allow subscribed members to have the opportunity to do micro investments into these projects.

Eveery member who has taken a subscription package has a percentage of that subscription allocated to investment managed by Synergy via the pooled equity fund.

Members can also make ''as and when '' payments into tha tinvestment account whenever they wish.

There is never any obligation to subscribe or invest into any project. You are free to enjoy the portal without obligation.

Members who wish to build their own portfolio within the safety of Synergy can do so. After the due dligence has been done and we take on a project we will set aside a percentage of equity for members to take. This can be done with micro investment so don't think you have to invest thousands or even hundreds.

You will be able to view and read about the open projects and basically cherry pick the ones that get you most excited.

Keep in mind that this will be in addition to the equity sharing you will get any way because you are a subscriber. But getting into the micro investments is a way to really increase your equity holdings and potential profits from your selected projects.

When a project has received the full funding required, it will be moved to ''funding closed''. But you can always check the ''New Projects'' or ''Funding Open'' pages for more projects Synergy is working with.

So apart from social / business networking (our site for that is a bit like facebook...but not exactly the same) ...you will also be getting access to the portal where you can romp around enjoying things like auctions...various platforms to sell your services and stuff...as well as play lotto or get into chat rooms...or how about message boards or sharing music and videos...or maybe opening your own store or going shopping into the super store....and of course you can use the telecoms voip sysnten as well as the webinar system and down load messenger.

We will be integrating of our sites into the portal..you will get about 10 to 12 of them at the start...the rest will follow soon after.

Apart from the Synergy equity fund and micro investment opportunities, you will have multiple other ways to generate affiliate income.

We are making good progress and will get the new site and portal launched asap..but I will keep you posted every week from now on.

I was working towards this last year...but got held hostage by the GWC project...now i can move forward again to focus on bringing this great idea to fruition.

There is just one other thing i want to tell you today...I have decided to change the name of the site and drop the name greenwin network.

You will still be able to use your GWN affiliate link for a while yet...and any ads you have out there will work via the redirection we will set up for your links.

But at some point you will need to use the new referral link that will be available in the new portal back office. 

Synergy will own 100% of the new company with the original stakeholders being allocated 10% which is manged by Synergy.

The new name is going to be...  ''MyCrowd''
 

Synergy will also manage the shares held in GWC.

GWN will be closed and all assets, rights and networks transferred over to MyCrowd.

You do not need to do anything now. Just let me complete the processes and get the whole system up ASAP.

I know this has all taken way too long...but my hands were tied with GWC using up almost all the available funding....but my patience has run out now and I am demanding redress and delivery of services.... in fact as a shareholder and the representative of Synergy, I am demanding full transparency and accountability from GWC....I will of course keep you posted. But please do not worry...nothing will be lost here and your equity is protected.

I have taken over control of the webinar and messenger projects and will have those delivered to you PDQ...

Stakeholders: The process for the share issue is progressing rapidly now. We will guide you through the steps re opening an account with the clearing house that will handle all share dealing. You will have the choice to open an account directly or to have your broker or bank provide you with a custodian account service.

The valauation process is also underway now and the expectation is that the shares price will begin at around 5 Euros. You will all have the opportunity to download or access the valuation prospectus for GreenWin Corp AB when the process is completed and published. 

Please wait for further info to be posted.

The possibility to purchase PEPs will end as soon as we begin the share registration process for stakeholders. So any one wanting to convert their balance into PEPs or to purchase PEPs should do so ASAP

Services Launch: Currently being tested after further bug fixes. Also subject to a release date decision by management pending the future direction of GWN after sell off.

GREENWIN - News Update 14th March - IPO: 1st phase has started!

Stakeholders: The 1st phase of the IPO process has now started. When completed, the PEPs will be converted into shares in the parent company. The shares can be traded electronically via any broker or bank. You can either sell them or sit and watch the share value increase. 

Detailed info re what stakeholders will need to do to have their PEPs converted into shares will be posted here in due couirse. This will include downloading an official form, completing it and returning it to us. It will also include how to create an account with our international clearing house for all share transactions. 

YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANY THING NOW. PLEASE WAIT FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.

GreenWin! News Update 6th March - Just a liiiittle bit longer

News Update 6th March

Messenger: The screen sharing issue has been fixed. Messenger is having further tests this week but should be released within 10 days.

MobiPortal: The simplified call functions have been integrated now which enable MobiPortal to be used on any browser supported mobile phone. The team will do more testing and aiming to release MobiPortal within 10 days.

Phones: The new design for the phone is done and new samples produced with the updated software and OS. The plasma screen for stylus and touch control has been improved and the new 12 pixel camera system integrated. Further testing is needed before the production phase begins.

SIM Cards: Mass production should begin soon to deliver a new standard SIM card. The card will install the GW software onto any browser supported phone and will include internet / data transfer. The card will be 'almost' free to purchase costing only a few Euros. The card will enable ad channels to be delivered by partner companies.

GWN: We are in talks re GWN being taken over and run by a different management group. GWN would continue as an independent direct sales company selling the products and services developed by GreenWin Group Ltd. We will keep you posted re this process.

Stakeholders: GWG management are in talks with a listed company re a takeover. The company shares are right for a takeover at this time. IF an agreement is reached, GWG will takeover and absorb the company with a name change to GreenWin and a new valuation based on the products and services GWG has been developing behind the scenes for the last year. Stakeholder PEPs will be converted into shares which can be traded ellectronically via any brokerage. We would expect the share value to rise signifcantly based on independent valauation and deployment of products and services like MobiSight and the green battery in conjunction with large JV partners. The takeover offers GWG the opportunity to go onto the stock market via the back door much quicker and at significantly less cost that previously projected. This can mean very good news for stakeholders who are looking to see an ongoing dramatic increase in their equity value. We will keep you posted re this process. IF an agreement is reached the process will take several weeks to complete.

Finally good News from GreenWin!... GREAT News!!!

After last week Friday not having been released any News and Update - probably there was not much to report, as the development of things still goes on - this week's Update therefor is even more exciting: Finally the MobiPortal and the Messenger will be released!!

Here the entire offical Update:

News Update 4th Feb

MobiPortal: The MobiPortal team over at GW Telecoms will release the MobiPortal for public beta within 10 days.

Messenger: The Messenger team over at GW Telecoms will release the Messenger for bublic beta within 10 days.

Stakeholders: A dividend will be paid into the mass pay system early next week. There are stakeholders who have purchased PEPs but not provided any ID info. If you have purchased PEPs recently please check the Equity section of your back office. If the PEPs have not been credited yet, please contact support.

PEPs will continue to be displayed in this back office until we complete the move over to the new web site of our parent company GreenWin Group Ltd.

GreenWin Telecoms continues to expand its' distribution network with partner companies wanting to provide the complete bundle of services and products to their exisitng customers or members. These include direct sales and media companies, travel companies, charities, MLM and more traditional wholesale distribution to retail outlets.

The complete bundle of service and products includes; telecoms back office / webphone, Messenger, MobiPortal, Webinar/online meetings, SIM cards and the new GW Smart phone.

This is the same bundle of telecoms services and products that affiliate members will be promoting as part of GWN.

Personally I don't think stakeholders can expect any thing "big" or substancial, as there has not been much actual cash movement, besides some upcredits for the telecoms Services and some PEP sales, yet I don't know how much the negotiations and/or (pre-)contract signings with Joint Venture partners and future Distributors will have an influence on the actual cash flow and therewith on the dividend. But I rather expect little and be pleasantly surprised by more than the other way around, expecting "the world" and get disappointed when it doesn't happen and you get less than expected.

One thing is sure though: Over time, once GreenWin! and all its Products and Services are launched and running, PEP values and Dividend amounts will grow to unbelievably high sums, and Stakeholders will be able to easily retire on that income!

So if you haven't done so yet... go ahead and join GreenWin! for FREE NOW and purchase some PEPs while they're still available! There is only a certain amount of PEPs available to members, and once they're gone there will be no more new ones being released.

GreenWin!'s IPO date closer than thought

According to the the "Equity" part of GreenWin! Network's/GreenWin! Group's Website's Backoffice the company seems to be moving faster than expected towards an IPO in Sweden.

• Becoming a Shareholder in GWN

• GreenWin Network is prparing for an IPO in Sweden

• Members will have the opportunity to become a Shareholder in GWN when the IPO is launched.

• We will keep you updated with news and scheduleed IPO launch as soon as we have that info to share.

How will I purchase shares?

Shares will be purchased via official brokers.

Will the shares have voting rights in the company?

No. These will be class B or nonvoting shares.

Will this be a public offering?

Yes.

How much will my private equity be worth after the IPO?
