News Update 23rd Sept 

Hello again

Today I will recap on what I have been writing about in the previous updates.

Synergy Equity Group Ltd is formed and already taking on projects to invest into. Synergy is a private equity investment and asset management company.  I will give you an idea of some of these projects in a moment.

Synergy now owns MyCrowd.co This is just one of several projects that Synergy will be owning or partly owning. 

MyCrowd is a social / business network that will launch in October. The site is a bit like facebook or to be more specific...how facebook used to be. 

Within the social networking site there is a Portal. The Portal will have multiple sites integrated into it offering a range of services, features, tools, products, ways to make money and build a referral network. The portal will be there when MyCrowd launches in Octiober. 

When you log in to MyCrowd you will automatically be logged into all the sites in the portal. 

The portal also contains your back office whre you can track your referral network, view your commissions and a bunch of other cool features you will discover. 

GWN will be folded into and be absorbed by MyCrowd. This includes the referral networks. 

One of the features in the portal will be Synergy showcasing projects that it has taken on to work with. 

Synergy earmarks and sets aside some of the equity in these projects for members of MyCrowd to purchase via micro investments. 

This offers members the opportunity to build their own portfolio of equity investments from a growing range of projects that Synergy accept to take on.

There is no obligation to build your portfolio by making your own picks as you wil have the option to let Synergy manage everything on your behalf. 

There will be several ways to generate income within MyCrowd including equity investments. 

One of the ways you can build residual commission is by subscription packages. The higher the subscription you take, the more levels you will earn commisison from. 

This gives you the possibility to manage the growth of your referral network if you chosse to build one. 

Part of your subscription package is invested with Synergy to build a long term equity income for you. 

Only members who have taken a subscription package can build their own portfolio. 

There is no obligation to subscribe. You can stay as a free member for as long as you wish earning commisisons from your 1st level only. 

Every member, free and subscribed, can use their cash account to invest with Synergy at any time. Your cash account is where you will receive commissions, profit share and where any additional money you deposit is held. This investment goes into the pooled account with Synergy. 

You will see the options available to you clearly displayed and explained in your new MyCrowd back office. 

Over time, Synergy will have a large portfolio of companies that it ha sinvested into. We have had several comanies approach us or have been introduced to them. 

Here is a partial listing of the projects we are looking at taking on. 

1. A platform for the mass market that lets anyone create and publish their own app for a small fee.

2. A new encrypted email service...probalby the most secure in the world right now with technical patents and no competitors.

3. A viral promotion tool for ecommerce sites.

4. A music and sound production company for film, TV and radio... already well established.

5. A video creation and rendering platform for site publishers. 

6. An online payment system like paypal and AlertPay. 

7. A green / clean tech company who have developed an ingenious waste management system. 

8. A new mobile phone & telecoms service provider in South Africa.

and of course Synergy already has equity in GreenWin Corp who is developing the MobiSight range of services and the green battery charger. 

You will be able to view full profile info on all projects Synergy takes on via the MyCrowd portal or directly at the Synergy web site which will also be publsihed in October. The profile will include details on the services or products the company sells as well as profit projections and potential exit values.

This is just the begining...there will be many more projects being taken on. 

Some of these projects will grow very quickly and be sold out for massive profits...and MyCrowd members will have the opportunity to get a slice of those profits via the pooled fund with Synergy and by taking equity that Synergy sets aside for members to get evenm ore profits for themselves by making micro investments into the projects they like the look of. 

A micro investment is a small amount of money as low as 1 Euro. Members can of course invest many thousands into a project if they wish. We leave you free to make your own choices. 

To sum it up; MyCrowd offers you the opportunity to join for free and to start building a residual income from commisisons and to increase that income by taking subscriiption packages that also give you access to build your own equity portfolio by selecting to micro invest into projects presented by Synergy Equity Group. 

You can also opt to enter into the invstment pool at any time with any amount of money from your MyCrowd back office cash account. Your cash account is where your commissions and profit share are paid into to. It is also where any additional money you choose to deposit is held prior to you placing it with the pooled fund or into your own portfolio selections if you have one. You need to be a subscribed member befoe you can have your own portfolio and make you rown investment picks. 

Stakeholders from GWN already have equity being placed into the pooled account with Synergy which gives them a full 10% profit share from MyCrowd plus a percentage of profit share from every other project that Synergy invests into to as well as 20 million shares in GreenWin Corp managed for them by Synergy Equity Group. So you made a good choice if you decided to become a stakeholder in GWN...because you are getting so much more than you ever imagined you would. 

Phew.. that is a lot of info to take in...but please do read it all again so that you understand the amazing opportunity you are being presented with by being active in MyCrowd. 

Now back to the present. i got hold of the API docs for the webinar system and have arranged with a developer to do the integration work into the GWN back office. He will do it this week. Then, when MyCrowd portal is launched the webinar system will be there also....as will messenger..the telecoms voip back office and  a whole bunch of other tools and services.

Finally good News from GreenWin!... GREAT News!!!

After last week Friday not having been released any News and Update - probably there was not much to report, as the development of things still goes on - this week's Update therefor is even more exciting: Finally the MobiPortal and the Messenger will be released!!

Here the entire offical Update:

News Update 4th Feb

MobiPortal: The MobiPortal team over at GW Telecoms will release the MobiPortal for public beta within 10 days.

Messenger: The Messenger team over at GW Telecoms will release the Messenger for bublic beta within 10 days.

Stakeholders: A dividend will be paid into the mass pay system early next week. There are stakeholders who have purchased PEPs but not provided any ID info. If you have purchased PEPs recently please check the Equity section of your back office. If the PEPs have not been credited yet, please contact support.

PEPs will continue to be displayed in this back office until we complete the move over to the new web site of our parent company GreenWin Group Ltd.

GreenWin Telecoms continues to expand its' distribution network with partner companies wanting to provide the complete bundle of services and products to their exisitng customers or members. These include direct sales and media companies, travel companies, charities, MLM and more traditional wholesale distribution to retail outlets.

The complete bundle of service and products includes; telecoms back office / webphone, Messenger, MobiPortal, Webinar/online meetings, SIM cards and the new GW Smart phone.

This is the same bundle of telecoms services and products that affiliate members will be promoting as part of GWN.

Personally I don't think stakeholders can expect any thing "big" or substancial, as there has not been much actual cash movement, besides some upcredits for the telecoms Services and some PEP sales, yet I don't know how much the negotiations and/or (pre-)contract signings with Joint Venture partners and future Distributors will have an influence on the actual cash flow and therewith on the dividend. But I rather expect little and be pleasantly surprised by more than the other way around, expecting "the world" and get disappointed when it doesn't happen and you get less than expected.

One thing is sure though: Over time, once GreenWin! and all its Products and Services are launched and running, PEP values and Dividend amounts will grow to unbelievably high sums, and Stakeholders will be able to easily retire on that income!

GreenWin!'s IPO date closer than thought

According to the the "Equity" part of GreenWin! Network's/GreenWin! Group's Website's Backoffice the company seems to be moving faster than expected towards an IPO in Sweden.

• Becoming a Shareholder in GWN

How will I purchase shares?

Shares will be purchased via official brokers.

Will the shares have voting rights in the company?

No. These will be class B or nonvoting shares.

Will this be a public offering?

Yes.

How much will my private equity be worth after the IPO?

That will be determined by the value of the company at that time. There are several factors that determine the value of a company. Turnover is just one of them. Intellectual property and GWN patents are another factor.

When will the IPO happen?

This process will take several months. We will keep members updated.

When can I sell my shares?

You will be able to sell your shares on the open market at any time.

Can the company guarantee that I will make a profit or not lose my money?

While we cannot legally offer a guarantee we can talk about probabilities. And the probability is high that profits will be made. But again you need to be in your comfort zone when deciding if you want to become a Shareholder. There is always risk associated with any commercial venture. The risk needs to be understood and appreciated before investing.

Will I earn any dividends as a shareholder?

Yes. if the company is doing as well as projected, dividends will be paid on each share you own.

After the conversion of PEPs to shares the profit sharing (dividends) will be allocated every 90 days.

You can sell your PEPs privately at any time.

The nominal value of 1 PEP is 1 Euro.

This value will remain fixed until the PEPs are converted into shares.

The value of shares can rise or fall depending on several factors including company sales turnover, new technology and expanding markets, projected and perceived equity value of the company.

GreenWin!'s Telecom Service FREE of Charge!

This most probably is "water on the mills" of those who always said that GreenWin! Network has little to no chance with their Telecom Service against e.g. Skype, as long as they charge an access fee, while other services (like Skype) are free to use. No matter if GreenWin! Network offers the Service from Cell Phones instead of, or rather in addition to, from Computers... no matter if GreenWin! Network offers a tremendeous Business Opportunity for FREE at the backend... as long as the Telecom Service does cost an access fee GreenWin! Network won't stand a chance.

Apparently also GreenWin! Network Management heard those calls, listened and reacted, changing policies:

You can now register for GreenWin! Network AND its Telecom Service for free to make Unlimited Free Phone Calls around the world to anybody in GreenWin! Network, and for hefty discounted prices (often cheaper than Skype!) to Phones that are NOT in GreenWin! Network!!!
In this last case you should encourage your talk partner to register for FREE as well, to
a) in the future to be able to talk to them for FREE, and
b) for them to earn commissions on every monetary transaction in their 10-level deep and unlimited wide downline of GreenWin! Network

That being said, here's the update:

News Update 7th Dec

Access Fee:  GreenWin! Network will be dropping the access fee to use the FreeCalls to Mobile Phones service. This will open the door to more members using the telecoms services including FreeCalls to any GreenWin! Network registered mobile number.

There will be no need for a free trial as members will have instant access to use the system free for life.

The changes will be implemented ASAP.

Members who have already paid for access will have their PEP balances updated. Refunds cannot be given.

Upgrades: There will be several add-ons and upgrades on offer. These will include services like unlimited free texting globally, video streaming and global phone book directory hosting that will have small activation fees that also generate commissions.

MobiPortal: With the new free access the developers will make a few tweaks to the MobiPortal and have it deployed ASAP.

Current Calling Issues: A few mobile service companies are blocking voip calls to their customers mobile numbers. This is mostly happening in South Africa and parts of Russia. The telecoms team will be activating the tunnelling technology ASAP to punch through these blocks. This should resolve most of the reported issues about audio not working when using the web phone.

Stakeholders: The profit share for November was expected to be small and has been carried over to December because the mass pay system can only accept values that have no more than three digits after the decimal point.

Put PEPS as the subject.

A reply mail will be sent with info on being a stakeholder, earning monthly profit share and the potential returns when the PEPs are converted into shares. The mail will also include instructions on what to do next.

First Look: GreenWin!'s new Homepage

E-Mail #1

Paul: The SA tariffs have definitely come down a lot. They were R1.30/min for cellphones and R0.32/min for landlines. They are now R0.33 and R0.08 respectively. I look forward to them coming down even further, in line with Europe as the SA database grows.

Christian: As I said... its all about traffic and billed minutes. We should be able to get rates to most countries…certainly the most popular down quite a bit more in the coming weeks and months... its just a numbers game ;D

Paul: In a previous email you said: “We are waiting on the MobiPortal team to update and hopefully release the app this week.”
Will it still happen this week, or do you have another date you can give me?
More specifically, when will we be able to make mobile-to-mobile free calls and Surecalls?

Christian: We are holding back just a little bit longer on the mobiPortal as there are some big changes coming to the structure and biz model we will be using.

We will be removing all pre paid access to telecoms soon. Everyone will get full access to using the telecoms portal, messenger and MobiPortal to make free calls and SureCalls.

SureCalls will be renamed to GreenCalls. A percentage of every top up credit will go towards planting trees and securing areas of the Amazon rain forests. We will be working with a few orgs in this field to facilitate the mission.

The idea is to remove all barriers and resistance to using GWN…get millions of users using the system but also have several upgraded functions that a percentage of users will pay for. This will generate instant cash commissions. The total bundle of upgrades will be worth more than the access fee and our projection reveal that members revenue share will increase.

Paul: Many members have been testing the web phone with varying results. Some are reporting excellent results but some results in SA are not good. One guy says he calls people and they can hear him, but he can’t hear them. I have tried calling another subscribed member a few times, but we can’t connect. We keep getting error messages, like “forbidden” and “not found”. Do you have any idea when this problem will be resolved?

Christian: For your own usage please open a support request and report the issues. Tech support will then login to your account and test / fix any problems in the system linked to your account.

The initial beta test has been a great success. The log files show over 98% of calls are connected and are not being dropped. Feed back is fantastic with members all over the world using the functions happily.

There are a few problem areas where we are getting most of the support requests and error reports... we cal also see this in the error logs.

South Africa is a problem area. So the telecoms team will be putting resources into this to find out where the core issues are and what solutions can be implemented. The good thing is…it is not a big percentage as we get a lot of good feed back about call connection and quality in SA.

Paul: My upline tells me, from a Q&A with Support, that you will be launching a Gphone similar to an iPhone 4, but with 2 SIM slots and cheaper. This is very exciting news. When will that be available?
Also, Support says that the Global SIM will be available before the end of 2010. Is that true?

Christian: Yes we will be launching the G-Phone. This is very similar to the iPhone. It has the same features but is also has some additional features and functions like a dual sim card port. It will also be preprogrammed to work instantly out of the box with GWN for free calls, unlimited texts and more. The package will also include 1 year of data transfer which will allow a lot of free calls every day due to the super compression codecs installed. The phone also has some very advanced functions like hot spot detection and auto connect to hot spots.

We are aiming for end of Jan to get the first consignment being ready to distribute. The cost will be a lot less than the iPhone but offer more goodies.

The GWN sim cards will be come along around the same time as the G-Phone.

Paul: A blogger posted this comment: “Heard from Malcolm, he has seen some snippets of new portal and C.F. says its looking good for end December.”
Which portal is he talking about, the MobiPortal or the MegaPortal?

Christian: That will be the mega portal with all the sites integrated. I can send you a screen shot of the latest homepage design soon. I am just having a few tweaks made now. Most of the site is completed and it will be a much used and loved portal... but there will be much more to come as well.

Paul: Christian, I just need a bit more clarification on a comment you made because, if I understand it correctly, it’s an unbelievable step you are taking, and an excellent marketing tactic. You said:

Does that mean people won’t have to pay an annual subscription to get the GWN service, that everyone will have access to basic usage once they join and if they want extra service benefits, they pay an amount commensurate with the level of benefits they will get?

Will it mean that those of us who have already paid our subscription fees will automatically qualify for a certain level of additional benefits?
Can you give me more details on the upgrade levels, the benefits offered and an estimation of costs per level?
Also, when do you anticipate this becoming reality?

Christian: The new biz model will not have any access fees to use the telecoms. So everyone can have instant lifetime access to use the telecoms portal, Messenger and mobi portal to make free mobile calls to members registered numbers…as well as purchase top up credits to make GreenCalls [the new name for Surecalls].

There will be add-on upgrades that members can purchase and these will generate commission. The add-ons will be sold at around 25 euros per add-on upgrade. There will be several of these... with more apps being created for the gPhone as well. Add-ons will include things like unlimited texts, video streaming / chat, global phone book directory... etc.

Removing all resistance and barriers to members using gwn telecoms will bring in millions of new members. A percentage of the members will purchase add-ons and apps... the total value of all the add-ons will be more than the original access fees.

Members who have already paid for access will have the option to get an upgrade service or more PEPs.

The phones are produced in Hong Kong by a company that makes phones for other telecom companies. They can produce up to 1 million branded gPhones a month... the 1st consignment should be ready to distribute by end of Jan. The phone will retail to members at less than an iphone and there will be a sliding bulk wholesale price list as well for members that want to sell the phones to make retail profits as well as commissions.
